KeywordLuv, CommentLuv and Do Follow Here
Are you looking for regular, do follow links to your niche websites? If so, you have found the right place.
Participation is the life blood of any and all blogs online today. Contributing to a fish oil site may be somewhat difficult, unless you actually use or have purchased some form of omega 3 fish oil in the past.
To help encourage participation from my readers, I have installed the following plug-ins that will help you obtain authority in your area of expertise:
- do-follow
- top commentator (updated once every 30 days)
- keywordluv
- commentluv
The key thing to remember here is that you need to provide value to the topic at hand. Only high quality comments will be approved. Examples of comments that will be deleted include things like ‘nice site’ or ‘great article’.
Take a few seconds and actually read the post, then make a comment related the topic being discussed. Since this site is about fish oil, and fish oil supplementation, your comments should be at least somewhat related to the topic at hand. You do not need to be an expert about Carlson fish oil, or eskimo 3 fish oil, just leave a comment that is somewhat related to essential fatty acids or health care supplementation.
Oh yeah, do not even bother linking to any site that includes questionable content as these will simply be ignored.

I have been eating tinned tuna for months thinking I was getting some great Omega3. Turns out it has to be fresh tuna only to get the good quality oils.
Are there any other fish sources that aren’t as good as they seem?
And what is the best place to get the right oils?
Thanks.

There are many great sources online, but this is not a product you are going to want to buy cheap. There are some very bad side effects of fish oil, like mercury poisoning. Make sure you also consult your doctor before making major changes to your diet.

Supplementing with essential fatty acids is absolutely necessary, because unfortunately, most of us just don’t eat enough the fish and other items as a part of our daily diets.
I supplement with Omega3 and 6.

I’ve noticed a big difference in my skin when I started taking high strength cod liver oil. I used to take the capsules but they are made with gelatin which I didn’t want in my body. I tried to switch to taking a spoonful of fish oil but it was awful so i’d recommend a lemon flavour one to make it bearable!

You Should try Krill Oil, I hear it’s great!
Fish oil supplements are one of my favorites (maybe because they make them so tasty nowadays), particularly as I’m over 40. They should be part of a broad supplement program, along with eating a good diet.
Just out of curiosity, is your Top Commentators plugin configured correctly?

Funny thing about our diet…the AMA changed their position on supplements because they recognized that the nutrients we really need to be healthy are no longer in our food. We process the heck out of it so that a lot of the real value has been machined away.
Anyway fish oil..I have found that “Whole Foods” is an excellent source of these oils as they seem to really take an interest in the source and quality of the products they sell. In some instances they price accordingly but in the last few years the competition is starting to offer more organics and that is making them more “competitive”
I did hear about a Inuit company exporting oil but for the life of me I cannot remember it…sorry

Fish oils are critical to good health, and yes you really need to eat fresh fish to get the most benefit. However, most people either don’t have access or just don’t eat enough fresh fish, so supplementation is important…. Omega 3s and Omega 6s.

Omega 3 fatty acids are well known for their health benefits. I have researched some about cervical cancer and in doing so learned that the anti-oxidants contained in fish oil can in some cases have a favorable result on cancerous cells. Also a diet that includes fish oil supplements, tuna, and salmon along with fidh oil supplements will add tremendously to a healthy lifestyle.
I know that fish oil contains Omega 3, which is good for inflammations, right? I am looking for a anti-inflammation products, so researching on the net I think is the best thing to do.
thanks for the great info.
